After years of energizing cross-functional teams and stakeholders at some of the world’s largest companies to deliver multi-million dollar products, brands and services, Fiona and Shelli founded Energy for Growth in 2021 to share their proven energy-building tools and techniques with leaders who want to unleash the potential of their teams and themselves.
Shelli started her career as a management consultant with Mercer Management Consulting in Toronto and then joined McKinsey & Co. in London, UK after completing her MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. She joined ?What If! Innovation in 2002, where she built their Customer Experience Innovation practice and worked as Managing Director. Shelli is devoted to her family, loves spending time outdoors, and is also a passionate downhill skier.
Fiona spent more than a decade in brand management at Procter & Gamble in Toronto, Canada and Geneva, Switzerland, and in 2017 was recognized in the P&G Alumni Network’s inaugural global ‘40 under 40’ list. In 2022, she was a delegate for the Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference. A bestselling author, Fiona’s hobbies include writing, improvisational theatre, travel, and being active with her husband and two children.
